Infocity is an interactive billboard created to inform, educate and bring people together.
By using conductive ink and an Arduino board we were able to create a low-cost and effective billboard for festivals around Milan, Italy. By using the already existing ‘Panettone’ poles that exist around the town, we could create an easily attachable modular system.
Milan is rife with festivals with a multitude of people trying to find information on their smartphones. By allowing people to easily find information, in a tactile and fun way, we hope that Infocity allows visitors to get around easily whilst interacting with others.
